1. Our Carts is marketed only through a network of authorized GEROCARTS dealers.

  2. GEROCARTS in terms of product sold, referred to point 1, provides each first purchaser who has purchased the original, new product or accessories with a limited warranty for defects in material and workmanship. Except in cases referred to in this warranty, GEROCARTS provides the original buyer with guarantees for trolleys and trolley accessories (except other company products, grips, screws, knobs, clamps) that are free from mechanical defects in material and workmanship and maintaining normal use . (the concept of so-called normal use is further specified in this warranty) - for 2 years from the date of putting into service by the original user.

  3. GEROCARTS provides warranty for sold products referred to item 2 of this guarantee, free from mechanical defects of material and workmanship, and maintaining normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of putting into service by the original first user.

  4. GEROCARTS provides a warranty on materials such as tires, inner tubes, which on the date of sale are free from mechanical defects of material and workmanship, and maintaining  normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of putting into service by the original user.

  5. The warranty referred to above applies to parts and product repair within the scope covered by it.

  6. All arrangements regarding the product covered by this warranty will be made by GEROCARTS or authorized service center. The authorized service is located in the European Union. Any arrangements, repair or replacement of a defective product or refund for the product will be protected by trade secret.

  7. The warranty does not apply to damages caused in connection with improper use, random cases, or as a result of force majeure. Any changes made by the buyer to the product or by unauthorized persons violate the provisions of this warranty and are the basis for refusal to recognize a complaint.

  8. The concept of normal use means using the product in the manner and for the purpose for which it is intended, in particular not using it to transport equipment whose weight exceeds the capacity of the product which is strictly defined.

  9. The warranty applies to the Troll model and newer models of carts and accessories of the original products. All other original parts or components are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

  10. Recognition of the warranty depends on the product or accessories being stored in appropriate conditions, properly used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. For detailed information on product maintenance, please refer to the user manual.

  11. To exercise the rights arising from the guarantee, the product or accessories must be presented to an authorized distributor in the original packaging, together with a written proof of purchase, which specifies the product by the serial number assigned to it.

  12. If the cart or accessories belong to the limited edition (series), complete warranty replacement may not be possible. The original owner bears all costs associated with the repair and replacement of parts.

  13.  Under no circumstances does this warranty cover transport or shipping cost,s both to and from the location of the authorized establishment. These and other costs will be borne by the owner.

  14. Each product and accessory has an expected lifetime. Non-standard use, including continuous exposure to adverse weather conditions such as humidity, heat, oceanic conditions, salinity (caused by salt water or air salinity) can cause corrosion of the product and limit the products usability. It is therefore recommended to regularly clean the product to avoid corrosion.

  15. Product and accessories should be checked periodically by authorized persons.

  16. The warranty is not transferable and does not apply in particular to:
  • normal wear and tear, which means wear and tear as a result of "normal use", lack of
  • proper maintenance as recommended for the product;
  • corrosion;
  • pollution and damage due to misuse, abuse and neglect;
  • improper assembly or installation;
  • improper change or installation of parts, components or accessories not originally intended and not compatible with the purchased product;
  • failure to comply with applicable maintenance or servicing rules in accordance with the contract;
  • other unoriginal products, including counterfeit products;
  • products not purchased at an authorized point of sale.
