GEROCARTS guarantees the first user that their products, i.e. carts, additional accessories and equipment, are free from mechanical and manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship with the so-called "normal" use upon delivery to the original owner. If any problems with a GC product purchased from an authorized seller occur, we will make every effort to solve the problems, and make sure that the equipment returns to work as soon as possible. -

Where are GEROCARTS produced?
All carts and materials used in their production are manufactured by companies from EU Member States. We work with over 25 companies that support our production, and their headquarters are in Great Britain, Germany, Austria, Poland and Switzerland. Products and accessories were manufactured and assembled by GEROCARTS, and their production is closely monitored and checked by GEROCARTS. -
When can the customer return the product and expect a full refund?
A: In case the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return the product and get a full refund, please follow the instructions below, which contains the necessary information needed to perform the operation correctly.
- When the GEROCARTS product is intact, the customer has the original packaging, and its actual state does not differ from the products defined by GEROCARTS as new, i.e. it has no signs of use and the customer does not have it for more than 14 days from the date of purchase, the customer is allowed to return the product and then receive a full refund in the original form of payment. -

A: All products sold by GC are manufactured and constructed using CNC machines, machining centers, press brakes, presses, punches, that is why our products might differ in appearance, have slight imperfections and unevenness. In addition, some of the work is done manually, which makes each GC product unique and exceptional. If a customer has any doubts or concerns about a product, manufacturing methods, or craftsmanship, he should think carefully before purchasing these products. -

A: There should not be any problems with buying an accessory if the customer already owns some of the items. Most of the associated accessory items are available for purchase separately. -
How the maintenance of the carts and accessories work? How often maintenance should be carried out to keep them in good condition for proper use?
A : Our carts are designed in such a way that they require little maintenance throughout the lifetime of the product. Users should ensure that tires are properly inflated and that moving parts are lubricated from time to time.
